Rémi Sermier is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and an alumnus of the École Nationale d’Administration. He joined the Paris Bar in 2002. He practiced for several years in the Paris office of a leading English law firm, where he became a partner; then in various French firms, before founding Pamina Avocats. Before that, he worked for 15 years as a senior civil servant. He notably held the position of chargé de mission at the Secrétariat général du Gouvernement where he oversaw for eight years the legal developments in a variety of sectors: media, telecommunications, art market, regulated professions, commercial law, criminal law, and state real estate policy. A former member of the Conseil des ventes (Auctions Council), he has been appointed on the panel of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Art. His working languages are French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
