Rémi Sermier is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and an alumnus of the École Nationale d’Administration. He joined the Paris Bar in 2002. He practiced for several years in the Paris office of a leading English law firm, where he became a partner; then in various French firms, before founding Pamina Avocats. Before that, he worked for 15 years as a senior civil servant. He notably held the position of chargé de mission at the Secrétariat général du Gouvernement where he oversaw for eight years the legal developments in a variety of sectors: media, telecommunications, art market, regulated professions, commercial law, criminal law, and state real estate policy. A former member of the Conseil des ventes (Auctions Council), he has been appointed on the panel of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Art. His working languages ​​are French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
